Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy is soliciting bids for RFP 004303 Food Service Management Company for companies interested inproviding food service management services for the school year August 1, 2025 through May 30, 2026 with options for renewal of the contract for an additional four (4) terms of one year each; Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy will only consider fixed meal rate proposals. Competitive sealed proposals are subject to all of the conditions and specifications contained in our RFP 004303 and will be received in the office of Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy on August 1,2025 by 4:00 p.m. Proposals shall be marked on the envelope Food Service Management Proposal, # 004303. Additional information required to respond to this RFP may be obtained from Buddy Davis, Director of Facilities and ChildNutrition at bdavis@legacypca.com . Offers must submit a completeresponse to this RFP, including all certifications, to provide a responsive proposal. Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor technicalities to take the action which it deems to be in the best interest of the District.
