The project will include grading, resurfacing, and replacing the gravel parking lot located near the playground and the new Bobby Alford Pavilion. A total of seventy-five (75) new pervious concrete and gravel parking spaces shall be clearly identified as part of the new improvements. A new 2-in. asphalt road linking East Bay Street and Greenwich Drive will be added.
