Colleton County requests bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the renovations at the Ruffin Community Center, located at 7745 Ruffin Road, Ruffin, SC 29475. The project includes the reconstruction of the front porch, replacing the porch roof, repairs to the handicap-accessible ramp, and repairs to the kitchen floor. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10:00 am to inspect the site. A PARD grant funds this project.
