Mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:00AM (Eastern) located at the Public Works Admin. Bldg., 3210 Mr. Joe White Ave., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance & sign-in required for proposal consideration. Late attendees not admitted. Contractors are advised to arrive early for access to facility & escort to meeting room.
