Architecture & Engineering Term Agreement

The University at Albany, SUNY, is seeking proposal from interested firms to be
awarded a term agreement for one of any of the three following categories of
professional service: (1) Architecture, (2) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)
Engineering, (3) Civil Engineering services. The University will award up to 5 contracts for each of the first two categories and up to three contracts for civil engineering. As part of the guidelines governing use of these agreements, no individual project will have a construction
value that exceeds $3.5M and no individual project fee will exceed $500,000.
