It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a Contractor for HVAC replacement for the John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center located at 2115 Sports Center Way, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting to review all equipment covered in this contractwill be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00AM (Eastern) at the John T.Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center Front Lobby located at 2115 Sports CenterWay, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance is required for bidconsideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No electronic attendanceoptions are available. Failure to attend required site visits will be cause for bid rejection.
