Consultant Term Agreement - Engineering

SUNY Oswego is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm to perform study, design, bid assistance, and construction administration services for repair, rehabilitation, renovation and new construction work to be performed on campus buildings and grounds. Individual projects will be identified throughout the term of this agreement. Most are anticipated, but not necessarily limited to small projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000 in construction value. Most projects are expected to focus on critical maintenance such as repair and replacement of exterior site elements, building envelope systems, and worn-out interior finishes. Projects to reconfigure or upgrade spaces to improve utilization, convert or upgrade facilities to meet changing programmatic needs may also be included.
