The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission, through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of approximately 300,000 pounds of liquid phosphoric acid (75%). This material will be supplied in bulk liquid deliveries of approximately 45,000 pounds each to the West Parish Filters Treatment Plant, located at 1515 Granville Rd, Westfield, MA 01085-4046. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract.

The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission, through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of approximately 300,000 pounds of liquid phosphoric acid (75 percent). This material will be supplied in bulk liquid deliveries of approximately 45,000 pounds each to the West Parish Filters Treatment Plant, located at 1515 Granville Rd, Westfield, MA 01085. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. The decision to award more than one contract will be based on the needs of the Commission.
The term of the Contract(s) shall be for One (1) Year. The amount of the contract(s) will be for an amount not to exceed 260,000.00 per year.
All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to edward.sweeney(at)waterandsewer.org no later than March 6, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered.
