16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 350 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. Vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots.

17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC (USA).
