Out of School Time Grant Project RFP - FY26

Background and Purpose

The Queen Anne’s County Community Partnerships for Children and Families (Local Management Board

- LMB) is committed to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of children and families in our

community. The Out of School Time (OST) Grant supports high-quality after-school programs that provide

safe, engaging, and enriching experiences for youth in Queen Anne’s County.

We are grateful to the Queen Anne’s County Commissioners for awarding $100,000 in FY26 to support

Out of School Time programs. These funds are intended to address unmet needs, expand youth

opportunities, and ensure measurable improvements in children’s academic and social development.

Since 1997, the Local Management Board has led community-driven solutions to strengthen services for

children and families. By investing in preventative programs, we work to reduce long-term challenges and

improve overall community well-being.
