REQUEST FOR EQUIPMENT LEASING QUOTES
The City of Pittsburg, Kansas is seeking quotes from financial institutions for the financing
of Trucks and Equipment for the City of Pittsburg’s Public Works and Utilities Department and for
the City’s Parks Department. The specifics of the purchase are as follows:
• Total Contract Price of $1,326,433.49 (see attached Estimate for standard equipment
descriptions).
o 1- 2025 Volvo L60H GPE Wheel Loader-$195,500.00
o 1- Freightliner 108SD Plus with Plow and Spreader- $277,380.00
o 1- Case 580SN Backhoe Loader- $140,300.00
o 1- Laymor SM450-ST Broom- $68,613.00
o 1- 2025 ETNYRE 2000 Gallon Distributor Tack Truck- $297,339.00
o 1- E32 R2-Series Bobcat Compact (Mini EX) $55,879.24
o 1- Case 590SN Backhoe Loader- $162,045.00
o 1- 6” AMP Pump 5585-HG with Hose Equipment- $16,541.98
o 1- ConX SC185D Air Compressor- $26,249.00
o 1-Bobcat Tl519 Telehandler- $86,586.27
• Quotes shall include these lease options:
o 7 year lease / purchase
o 7 annual payments, first at delivery of equipment
• Quotes shall include the annual payment amount, payment schedule, and interest
rate.
• Quotes shall include the bidders lease purchase agreement which will be subject to
the provisions of KSA 10-1116b and KSA 10-1116c and the City of Pittsburg’s
purchasing policy.
• All quotes shall be viable for a minimum of 30-days from submission.
• All quotes must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., December 5th, 2025, and clearly marked
“Equipment Lease Quotes – “2025 Public Works and Utilities Equipment”
• Quotes received after 2:00 p.m. on December 5th will not be considered.
• Your quotes shall be submitted by mail or by hand to the following address:

• The City will evaluate the quotes and select the financial institution that best meets
the needs of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to
