Engineering Design Services – Memorial Drive Embankment Repair Project

The Rockland County Drainage Agency (RCDA) seeks a Consulting Engineering Firm to design a project to move a 1,000 linear foot section of Memorial Drive ten feet to the Northwest and provide embankment stabilization between Memorial Park Drive and the Mahwah River. The section of road to be moved starts at the intersection of Orchard Street in Montebello along Memorial Drive, ending around the bend in the road of Memorial Drive near Suffern Memorial Park. The RCDA is seeking a proposal for engineering design work. The Consultant shall prepare a design to move the road and provide embankment stabilization. The Consultant shall prepare a Survey, Hydraulic Analysis, Soil Borings, Right of Way Acquisition, Design Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Obtain Permits, provide an environmental study and provide final design documents for public bidding, as well as provide construction support during construction, review of shop drawing, and provide as built drawings.
