Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors for Monochloramine Generator Lease in support of the Bath VA Medical Center (76 Veterans Ave, Bath, NY 14810) and Canandaigua VA Medical Center (400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about February 10, 2026, to be posted to https://www.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
NAICS Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. The Product/Service Code is W046. The solicitation will be unrestricted open market. All responsible businesses under the identified NAICS may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency.
