ELECTRIC AND ALTERNATIVE FUELS FLEET TRANSITION STUDY. The City of Eagan is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to complete an Electric and Alternative Fuels Fleet Transition Study focused on transitioning the City’s non-emergency vehicle fleet to electric and alternative fuels. The scope includes fleet transition planning, infrastructure and facility needs, staffing impacts, and long-term operational strategy. Proposals must be submitted by 3 p.m. on August 8, 2025, via email to Tim Plath, Deputy Public Works Director, at tim.plath@eaganmn.gov .
