Description

Supply Chain Management (SCM) General Products Center is issuing this Limited Source requirement for surgical equipmnent. Products required are limited to Allied Medical. See attached RFQ documents for Product Description / Part Numbers, quantities, terms and conditions. RFQ documents must be filled out, signed and returned no later than date of closing.
