Description:

South Beach Psychiatric Center located at 777 Seaview Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305, is seeking to procure concession services at its facility.

An optional site visit is scheduled for Friday, March 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, April 4, 2025 by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Friday, April 11, 2025, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Friday, April 18, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. ET.

"Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement."
