Description:

|
The City of Lake Stevens is seeking bids from a qualified contractor to complete repairs to sidewalks and curb ramps as outlined in the attached locations. The work shall consist of replacing concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk and asphalt (as existing, or per plan where specified); trimming roots or removing trees or stumps where specified prior to reconstruction, and adjusting utilities to grade.
This project shall be bid as a Small Works Roster Contract; all bids outside of those parameters shall be deemed unresponsive. The engineer’s estimate for this project is: $145,000.
