Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Services, Equipment, Parts and Supplies

Project Description: The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “district”) is seeking proposals from firms/vendors/contractors qualified and experienced in providing Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Services, Equipment and Supplies. The District is comprised of 130 sites that consistently require maintenance and repair services to continue daily facility operations and ensure the safety of our students and staff. The District consistently purchases MRO equipment, parts and supplies as necessary to perform various maintenance services throughout its facilities. This solicitation will seek to establish contracts with multiple-qualified vendors that will result in a pool from which the District can solicit quotes through the contract term for the acquisition of Goods and Services related to Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO). As this RFP has multiple scopes, AISD may award one or multiple contracts depending on responses received, capabilities of the proposer and service level required by the District. Services are to be provided at various locations throughout the District on an as needed basis.
This is a continuous solicitation. Proposals will be accepted continually through the close date of April 1, 2030, with proposals evaluated periodically and awards made as necessary. There is no obligation upon or guarantee by AISD to use any awarded vendor during the term of the contract. AISD reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its needs.
