Operations Center Renovation

Regina Public Library (RPL) (“Library”) is pleased to invite contractors to submit proposals for the Operations Center Renovation project (“OCR”), which involves the renovation of the existing facility located at 664-668 Henderson Drive, Regina, SK. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage a contractor with the necessary expertise, experience, and capacity to successfully deliver the project within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.

The selected contractor will be responsible for executing the work in accordance with the project requirements and the contract documents. The work includes, but is not limited to interior demolition and construction, mechanical, structural, and electrical upgrades, and interior finishes. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to manage construction activities efficiently while minimizing disruptions and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Respondents are encouraged to review the RFP documents carefully and submit comprehensive proposals in alignment with the evaluation and submittal requirements detailed within this RFP. The evaluation will be based on technical expertise, experience with similar projects, and cost competitiveness.
