Overview
The County Commissioners of Charles County request bids from a qualified contractor for the construction of a sewer line located in the North Point section and a new sewer line with encompass Mill Hill Road, Bland Road, Jay Street and Francis Street in Charles County.

Questions shall be submitted via the eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature prior to the due date and time specified. The County will not provide responses to questions received after the deadline.
Bid Opening Registration Deadline:

Registration is required to attend the bid opening. Bidders interested in participating in the bid opening must register electronically via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager. Pricing will be available on the eProcurement Portal after the Bid Opening.
