Background

The City of Aurora, IL, is soliciting bids for printer paper specifically designed for use in squad car printers utilized by the Aurora Police Department. The paper needs to be 8.5" x 92" perforated rolls with Sensemark. Perforations must be every 11" in length. This allows officers the ability to cleanly print and tear important documents while on scene. The purpose of this solicitation is to ensure that the necessary supplies are readily available for law enforcement operations, which require efficient and reliable printing of documents, including but not limited to reports, citations, and notices. Printers currently in use: Brother PJ-773 and Brother PJ-822.
