BEGINNING IN THE TOWN OF CHELSEA ON VT ROUTE 110 AT STA. C 143+93 (MM 2.726) AND EXTENDING NORTHERLY ALONG VT ROUTE 110 THROUGH THE TOWN OF CHELSEA AND INTO THE TOWN OF WASHINGTON FOR A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 9.714 MILES TO STA. W 289+35 (MM 5.480)

WORK TO BE PERFORMED UNDER THIS PROJECT INCLUDES FINE MILLING, RESURFACING EXISTING HIGHWAY WITH A BITUMINOUS CONCRETE LEVELING COURSE AND A WEARING COURSE, NEW GUARDRAIL, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, MINOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN CHELSEA VILLAGE AND OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED ITEMS.
