Old Edgell Library Plaster and Paint Project

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 9040 – Old Edgell Library Plaster and Paint Project

The project consists of historic plaster repair specifically the preservation and reproduction of line-based plasters, including the stabilization of historic plaster with conservation adhesives and painting.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct no later than Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

***A pre-bid site visit will be held on Wednesday April 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Edgell Memorial Library, 3 Oak Street, Framingham MA

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
