Place of Performance:
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound Contracting Department intends to solicit to Kongsberg Maritime Inc. (CAGE: 15342) in support of Military Sealift Command on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with a period of performance of May 22, 2025 to May 31, 2025.
The purpose of this notice is to notify industry of the Government’s intent to sole source to Kongsberg Maritime Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation.
