Description: IEHP is soliciting proposals from licensed, certified backflow prevention device testers, plumbers, or plumbing contractors to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, repair, replacement, and documentation services for all backflow prevention devices (BPD) located at IEHP properties in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Indio, California.
