Description: IEHP is soliciting proposals from licensed, certified backflow prevention device testers, plumbers, or plumbing contractors to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, repair, replacement, and documentation services for all backflow prevention devices (BPD) located at IEHP properties in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Indio, California. The current inventory comprises 17 devices, subject to modification. Contractors must possess valid Backflow Prevention Device Certifications issued by the respective water purveyors for each location.
