This requirement is solicited as a Competitive, Total Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.5. The Government owns a full and complete technical data package.

Interested parties SHALL be registered in the Joint Certification Program and approved to view Export Control, and SHALL submit evidence of their certification in order to obtain the associated technical data packages.

This is for a Firm Fixed Price Requirements repair contract consisting of a one year Basic Ordering Period and four (4) one year Ordering Periods.

Completed Request For Quote and Source Qualification responses and documents are due 5:00 PM EST, 13 July 2024

Amendment 01, Dated 27 JUN 2024: 1) The Source Qualification Statement (SQS) was inadvertently left out of the attachments, and is added back with this amendment at the end of the amended documents; 2) The Solicitation due date was extended to 26 JULY 2024, 5:00 PM EST; 3) This SAM.gov posting was edited to change the PSC Code to J016, which reflects the Repair; 4) The amended documents were added as attachments in this posting; 5) The SQS is included as a separate attachment for convenience only, however, it is the offerors responsiblity to download and submit the Amended RFQ with their proposal.

Amendment 02: Due date is extended to 15 AUG 2024

Amendment 03: IAW FAR 19.502-2(a), this RFQ is being amended to resolicit as Full & Open Competition, and Small Businesses are continued to be encouraged to participate. The RFQ due date, with this amendment, is 23 SEPT 2024, 4:00 PM EST

Amendment 04: The RFQ Due Date is hereby extended to 25 October 2024, 4:00 PM EST.
