Sources Sought Notice - Cemetery Expansion Improvements Construction Project Snake River Canyon Natl Cemetery; Proj # 941-002

Department of Veteran Affairs - National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for a

cemetery expansion project at the Snake River Canyon National Cemetery, 1585 E Elm St (E 4150 N),

Buhl, ID. The intent of this notice is to discover contractors, preferably Service Disabled, Veteran Owned,

Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) capable of supporting this

need.

Work Description:

1. Is to expand cemetery as required by approved drawings and specifications prepared by NCA and AE Firm.


2. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing structures, new facility construction, alterations, excavation and regrading, walks & pavers, grading, signage, curb & gutter, drainage, utility systems.


3. Magnitude of Construction: Between $5M – 10M

5. Period of Performance: 365 calendar days after NTP

This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain market knowledge of potential businesses that can support National Cemetery Administration. All businesses capable of providing this service are encouraged to reply, as responses will be used by the Government to make determinations about the appropriate method of procurement.
