Business intelligence advanced analytics and reporting platform

The Canada Revenue Agency is requesting information on an enterprise, cloud-capable, Business Intelligence Advanced Analytics solutions for the purpose of compliance activities.

One of the core components of the solution is the ability to track created analyses (referred to as projects) and to be able to use the data found in these projects (particularly the account IDs) in other application systems. Additional information needs to be stored that is linked to the account IDs as well as the overall projects and these data elements are not part of the original data sources (the basis of the analyses). The process of sharing this information should be user friendly and should not require Information Technology Branch (ITB) to manually set up the process for each project.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
