Scope

The Department of Correction and Rehabilitation seeks a Contractor with at least 5 years of experience providing testing and assessment services for the evaluation of entry level Correctional Officer applicants. The Contractor must provide a minimum of three different video scenarios to assess written communication skills, and the ability to observe and document facts. A minimum of two other types of tests and assessment for behavioral and cognitive abilities are also required. The Contractor must score, recheck, validate, and transmit the applicants’ final scores and provide an analysis of the testing and assessment results upon request. The Contractor must conduct a job analysis and transportability study.
