Description
Basic high-level scope is to:
o Install a drywall wall (with sound insulation) basically cutting 1327 permanently in half, giving the existing hallway door for 1327 C & D.
o Installation of 2 walls and a Door for an office.
o Removal of westly divider wall to accommodate removal of block wall in stairwell for access to 1327 A & B.
o Installation of Door Frame and Door from the stairwell.
o Finishes to match existing. Leaving sink and cabinets in place.
