Description
The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-064-24, Spirit Trail - Seymour River to Windridge Park Multi-use Path and Related Improvements.
The scope of the works generally involves the construction of a new multi-use path near 2135 Heritage Park lane and 505 Riverside Drive, as well as the widening and improvement of an existing multi-use path 2444 Burr Place. Work consists of but is not limited to clearing, grubbing and construction and paving of 130m of 4m wide paved multi-use path, including a small retaining wall, wooden fencing, restoration planting, pavement markings, wayfinding, and streetlighting. The work also consists of wayfinding, pavement markings, placement of at-grade delineators and precast elements, and some localized civil construction at various locations on the new Spirit Trail alignment between Seymour Blvd and Burr Place.
