Project Description: The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals to provide fabrication of removable and fixed dental appliances for patients of the Cincinnati Health Department. This service includes consulting with dentists, drop-off of completed work and pick-up of diagnostic records. The Lab must demonstrate an established quality management process, CDC required infection control, an in-house tracking system, a removable prosthetic identification mechanism and a training component for staff in pouring models and managing dental materials to maintain the integrity of the finished.
