Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Advanced Acoustic Concepts, LLC for the fabrication of Explosively Driven Projectile (EDP) test articles and test event support. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: the EDP round is proprietary to Advanced Acoustics Concepts, LLC. Advanced Acoustics Concepts, LLC retains full rights and ownership of the design.
