H+H Various Locations City-Wide, 26-JOC-GC2 (Job Order Contract General Construction Work 2), Not To Exceed 10M.

NYC Health + Hospitals requires all vendors and contractors to maintain proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all employees who spend time at a NYC Health + Hospitals facility.  Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is the completion of the vaccination series outlined by the manufacturer

Only Bidders who attend one of the mandatory pre-bid meetings in person or via the Webex Link will be allowed to bid.  If you attend in person, you must sign in upon arrival at the meeting.  If you attend via Webex, you must confirm your attendance by email during the meeting.  The Section "A" Bid Forms will be emailed after we confirmed your attendance in-person or via the Webex. Bidders are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings start to sign in or confirm attendance.

All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement.

Technical Questions must be submitted in writing by email to Mclaughc@nychhc.org and Janet.Olivera@nychhc.org and Elizabeth.Youngbar@nychhc.org five (5) calendar days after the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings.

Mandatory Meetings/site tours are scheduled for 5/20  and 5/21 at 10:00 AM, 55 Water Street, 25th Fl. Conference Room 25-069.  New York, NY.

You are encouraged to submit your name and company name by email at least two (2) hours before arriving at 55 Water St. Failure to do so may delay access to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings.

Under Article 15A of The State of New York, The Following M/WBE Goals Apply to This Contract MWBE 30 percent. These Goals Apply to any Bid Submitted of $500,000 or more.

Bidders not complying with these Terms will have their bids declared Non-Responsive.
