18 Morton Avenue Demolition

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Lower Chichester Township for 18 Morton Avenue Demolition, until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 16th day of June 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and the bid results posted on PennBid™. All documents and solicitations details are available online anytime at no cost at PennBid™ (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com). The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay “PennBID” a fee of 1/3% or a minimum $150 of the contract award value.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The project includes the demolition of the existing dwelling and the establishment of lawn area at 18 Morton Avenue.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
