PerioLase Laser Equipment Service, Maintenance and Training

This procurement is being conducted using commercial item procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, specifically FAR Subpart13.106-1(b)(1)(i) allowing the Contracting Officer (KO) to solicit from one source. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award, and an anticipated award date is set for 1 July 2025. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) PerioLase® MVP-7™ Nd: YAG Laser, LANAP® Protocol Equipment Service Maintenance and Training for the Dental Community of Practice.
