This project will consist of the construction of infrastructure, earthwork and roadways to serve approximately 116 future affordable housing units at the Arroyo Crossing community land trust subdivision. Specific project improvements include the excavation and construction of two roadways and installation of water, sewer, and irrigation mains, trenching and installation of electrical conduit, and a storm drainage system. The approximate project area is 4.8 acres. Gas utility is not proposed as part of this project.  See RFB doc for full details and engineering plans.
