Acting through the Select Board, is issuing an invitation for bids for the procurement and installation of a security fence enclosure for Wastewater Treatment Plant 1, located at 16 Public Works Boulevard, Erving, MA.
Interested vendors can register for the invitation and download the PDF packet, at no additional cost, by visiting www.erving-ma.gov.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Fence Installation Project must be written in the lower left corner of the envelope front. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid submissions shall be valid for a period of sixty days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded after the opening of the bids.
The Town of Erving reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in part or in whole. It also reserves the right to make an award in any manner consistent with Massachusetts General Law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
The contract for this service must be approved by the Erving Select Board and the award is subject to funding.
