Description: The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) and Niagara International Transportation and Technology Coalition (NITTEC) are jointly seeking services of a tenant representative to assist with developing specifications and procurement for office space. Future office space will located in the Buffalo, NY Central Business District. Options for space proposals will include up to three options (1) space for GBNRTC on its own, (2) space for NITTEC on its own and (3) space to be co-located by GBNRTC and NITTEC. GBNRTC currently occupies 5000 SF at 438 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. NITTEC currently occupies 3500 SF at 93 Oak Street, co-located with NFTA.
