The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) isan agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. TheProcurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers IFBsfor HHS.
HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s)for service, repair, replacement and software upgrades as required of the TACVista system, which is intergraded with a Phoenix Control negative air systemservice.
Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to useany contract awarded as a result of this IFB.
Thesespecifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the TexasGovernment Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications,which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s)specified, will be considered in determining an award.”
