The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one (1) Cold Hydrotherapy Unit. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 423910, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
