Project Description: Contract No.: 2025-03 Southwood Park Development – Park Fence
according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Brehm-Lebo Engineering Inc.
Bids shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.net) until:
3:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 27, 2025
Bids received after that time will not be accepted. A summary of bids received will be displayed on PennBid immediately after bid opening.
The work to be performed is described in the Contract Documents for the Project, which may be examined free of charge at no cost via the PennBid Program. (https://pennbid.net).
The right is reserved: 1) to reject any or all bids; 2) to re-advertise for new bids; 3) to waive any irregularity, mistake, error or omission in any bid received; 4) to accept the lowest responsible bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Owners.
Bids shall be firm and binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening, except as otherwise provided by PA Act No. 1978-317. Bids cannot be modified or withdrawn (except as provided) during that time period.
The amount of the Performance Bond required by the Contract Documents will be one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the work, according to the awarded Contract price.
This project is funded in part with grant funds from the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program and as such, all applicable requirements, as outlined in the attached grant contract apply. Bidders’ response is acknowledgement of willingness to comply with these requirements.
