Notice is hereby given that the City of Killeen will receive sealed bids for Airfield Lighting Control Monitoring System (ALCMS) electronically through the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 . Mailed or hand delivered bid submissions must be sealed and plainly marked with the name and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 25-31 , Airfield Lighting Control Monitoring System (ALCMS) , 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 ”.

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 , 11:00 am at Terminal Building at Killeen Regional Airport, 8101 Clear Creek Rd Killeen TX 76549 . Attendance is Non-Mandatory .

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 5:00 pm on Friday, May 30, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
