PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The facilities are located 199 and 195 Hemphill Knob Road, Asheville, NC, 288
Title of Project: BLRI - Repaint/Restain Buildings in the Headquarters Complex
Description: This project will include preforming painting and minor repairs to exterior of the Headquarters Building, the Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, the ETS Services Office, the Communications Center, and the Maintenance Storage Building at the headquarters complex in the Pisgah District of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Work will include necessary surface preparation such as cleaning, mold and mildew removal, pressure washing, scraping, sanding, glazing, and caulking.

Proposal documents will be available for download in Microsoft Word, HTML, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF; Specifications will be available in Adobe PDF format; and drawings will be available in PDF format. Please Note: Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available.
