Description

The expected action is to extend the current sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded to L3 Harris Technologies (L3H), for an additional five year ordering period and increase the ceiling by approximately $500M pursuant to the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.



General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) is releasing this notice on behalf of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This announcement constitutes a combined Synopses and Sources Sought Notice (SSN).



This contract action is required to provide critical services in support of USSOCOM and its mission partners. Awarding a modification to extend the period of performance beyond the original five (5) years and increasing the ceiling by approximately $500M is necessary to ensure there are no break in services for the current requirements.



If an Industry Partner does not provide the equipment / specific software, but is capable of supplying a like-item, they are requested to provide responses in accordance with the attached. See attachment for specific SSN Details.
