This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number PANMCC-25-P-0000 015963 . Offeror shall submit this document in its entirety back to the contracting office.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 effective 10 August 2022, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). This Solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 711211– Sports Teams and Clubs and the business size standard is $47 million. The Contracting Office is seeking to purchase services to be able to safely and effectively execute this event, Boxing Tournament, including boxing rings, boxing gloves, safety gear, protective equipment, referees, and support staff at Fort Bragg/Pope Airfield, North Carolina. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. WD # 2015-4377, Revision 19; The wage determination can access at www.acquisition.gov.

The contract period of performance (POP) will begin as shown in the schedule. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-1(k).
