The Department of Professional Services (DSPS) is seeking bids for SBD-9494, WI Uniform Building Permit Seals as outlined in the attached documents.
QTY: 20,000 Size: 1-1/8” x 1-1/8” round corners, 1/4" between stickers on a 3” Core Ink: Black (1/0) Label Material: Pressure sensitive adhesive label material. The stock color shall be the same as PMS 178C Numbering: Continuous numbering required. Starting at 561003 through 581002; Lowest number must be first off each roll. No missing numbers. Finishing: Die-cut Round Corners; Waste Removed; 1,000 Stickers per Roll. Usage: Manually removed from roll used indoors only. Unwind roll as illustrated → Package: 1,000 Stickers per Roll for a total of 20 rolls. Each roll shrink wrapped and labeled with starting number and ending number in each roll marked on inside of 3” roll core. No tape to close roll.
