Is the intent of the Commission to retain a contractor(s) to perform fire flow testing, which shall include, but not be limited to, site survey, data collection and submission, data analysis, and reporting throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. The Contractor shall assist with the remote fire flow test data collection and analysis of the pressure issues if required.
