Reason for Re-Soliciting Supply and installation of prefabricate container at the U.S. Consulate General in Barcelona.
The U.S. Consulate General in Barcelona has decided to re-solicit the Supply and installation of prefabricate container due to several issues identified during the preliminary review of quotes received.
The quotations received did not meet the minimum requirement to move forward for evaluation.
The findings are as follows: Incomplete quotation package received with no technical proposal, which is crucial for a fair and comprehensive evaluation of quotes.

Please carefully review section B . SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS where specifies exactly how quotations should be submitted. Each quotation submitted must contain Volume I and Volume II.
